KW EXECUTIVE AIR CHARTER – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to KW Executive Air Charter LLC (“KW,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, services, or submitting a request for charter, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Services

KW provides on-demand private air charter services within the continental U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. All services are subject to aircraft availability, FAA regulations, and KW approval.

2. Booking Requests

All charter flights are custom-quoted. Submission of a request does not guarantee confirmation. Bookings are only confirmed upon execution of a Charter Agreement and receipt of payment or deposit, as outlined in the agreement.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation terms vary by aircraft and routing. All applicable cancellation policies will be clearly stated in the Charter Agreement. KW reserves the right to charge cancellation fees, especially for last-minute changes or no-shows.

4. Travel Requirements

Passengers are responsible for complying with all applicable travel documentation, customs, and immigration requirements. Pets are welcome on board but must be declared in advance.

5. Conduct

KW reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who pose safety risks or violate reasonable standards of conduct. Smoking is not permitted on board unless expressly approved in writing.

6. Website Content

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and may be updated or modified without prior notice. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of content.

7. Limitation of Liability

KW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Flight delays, cancellations due to weather or mechanical issues, and operational constraints may occur and will be handled per the Charter Agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.
